Initial Consultation

If our support feels right for you, we’ll introduce you to a compassionate specialist who understands what you’re going through. They’ll be your guide from day one, helping you feel heard, valued, and supported.

Meet Your Practitioner

Your practitioner will work with you to understand what life feels like for you. Together, we’ll explore:

  • How anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence impact your feelings and daily life.
  • How your surroundings affect your mood, focus, and energy levels.
  • Your Challenges with school and friendships.
  • We’ll create a unique personal profile to help you, your family, and your school understand and support you better.
Understanding Your World

Our support fits your life – whether you feel stuck, left out, or overwhelmed. We offer:

  • 1:1 Sessions: A safe place to talk about what’s going on and learn how to manage anxiety, sadness, and stress.
  • Family Support: Helping your loved ones understand your experiences and how to support you.
  • School Collaboration: We work with your school to make learning easier and ensure your needs are understood and met.

We help you understand yourself and speak up about what you need. You’ll gain the tools to express yourself clearly, whether it’s asking for help, explaining how you feel, or advocating for changes at school.
