Sakile is a passionate and experienced Diverse Minds Practitioner with over 8 years of supporting children, young people, and families with a wide range of needs and abilities. Having worked across schools and the NHS, she brings a unique blend of classroom teaching expertise and therapeutic skills to her practice. Her work spans both primary and secondary schools, where she has helped neurodiverse young people thrive by offering CBT and Family Therapy based interventions as well as practical emotional support tailored to their individual needs and strengths

Sakile holds qualifications from some of the UK’s leading higher education institutions, including the University of Essex, Middlesex University, UCL, the Anna Freud Centre for Children and Families and King’s College London. Her academic foundation in Psychology is complemented by specialized training in CBT-based interventions and Family Therapy, with a particular focus on anxiety and mood disorders.
